I was pleased to give twice the Product Owner Strategy conference with Alexis Beuve from Editions Praxeo. I talked to you quite a bit about it at the end of the year here, there or even here. So we were able to give this conference twice: at Agile Tour Paris 2012, at Agile Tour Montpellier 2012.

We had good feedback, consistently, and we’re delighted about it. We hope to give a follow-up to this conference, particularly around differentiating the roles of product owner and product manager.
We were filmed in both cases, I don’t know when the Paris session will be available, but here’s the Montpellier version (thanks to Web TV UM2).
Paris was the first -always difficult to judge yourself during a first time (and I always need 5-10min to warm up…grr)- and in the large amphitheater. 60 people? 80 people? nice in any case (I preferred our delivery in Paris to Montpellier, and Alexis preferred the delivery in Montpellier to Paris. Anyway). Montpellier was the very end of the day, only the diehards remained (Claude, Antoine, Anthony, Stéphane, etc.), so about fifteen people (my only regret). But it was well amplified and I was able to play “Black Dog” when discussing the Led Zeppelin strategy (happy birthday Jimmy Page, 69 years old today -well on January 9, 2013-!).
The slides are available on my speackerdeck (which I now highly recommend over slideshare)
Thanks to Antoine Vernois (in Paris) and Fabrice Aimetti (in Montpellier) for the photos!

You’ll also find at Web TV UM2 the other sessions from Agile Tour Montpellier 2012 AND 2011.
Finally, to wrap up, a suggestion from Edouard to complement the session: La bataille rangée.
